This Privacy Policy describes how Meridian HQ, LLC ("we," "us," or "Company") collects, uses, and shares your personal information when you use themeridianhq.com, app.themeridianhq.com, and any associated Meridian-branded subdomains — including the Meridian Market (the Meridian's creator marketplace), Prime OS (the Meridian's creator operating platform), and the Meridian Collective (the Meridian's member community).
1. Personal Information We Collect
When you visit the Website, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your web browser type, IP address, time zone, and cookies installed on your device. We call this "Device Information." We collect Device Information using cookies, log files, and web beacons, tags, and pixels. We also collect information you provide directly ("Provided Information") when you create an account, complete a contact or inquiry form, request a trip or proposal from a creator, purchase a guide or itinerary, book a call or consultation, register for a Meridian Collective or Prime OS account, complete an assessment, leave a review or share a trip memory, or sign up for email communications. Provided Information may include: name, email address, phone number, billing address, payment information, business information, trip preferences and travel details you choose to share, and assessment responses.
2. How We Use Your Personal Information
We use Provided Information to provide and fulfill services, process payments, and deliver products and content; connect you with the creator you purchase from or inquire with; onboard and support members in the Meridian Collective and Prime OS; communicate with you about your account, purchases, and platform updates; screen for potential risk or fraud; send marketing communications where you have opted in; and deliver personalized content and recommendations based on your preferences and platform activity. We use Device Information to screen for risk and fraud, generate analytics, assess marketing effectiveness, and track affiliate referrals. You can disable cookies in your browser, though some Website features may not function properly.
3. How We Share Your Personal Information
Creators on the Market are independent businesses. When you purchase from, inquire with, or request a trip from a creator, we share with that creator the information needed to fulfill it — such as your name, email address, and the trip details you provide. Creators may manage those leads and client relationships in their own CRM and communication tools (e.g., GoHighLevel), under their own responsibility. We also share your Personal Information with third parties as necessary to operate the Website and deliver our services, including: payment processors (e.g., Stripe — payments are processed by Stripe and your card details are never stored on Meridian's servers); email management providers; security and fraud prevention providers; advertising and marketing platforms; analytics providers (e.g., Google Analytics); CRM and member management systems (e.g., GoHighLevel); cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare); and community platforms (e.g., Skool). We may also share your information to comply with applicable laws or respond to lawful requests. We do not sell your Personal Information to third parties.
4. How We Store Your Data
We process and store your data using third-party providers including Supabase (database and account authentication), Vercel (hosting and deployment), Cloudflare (CDN, media storage, and security), GoHighLevel (CRM, email, and automation), Stripe (payment processing), and Skool (community platform). Certain creator-facing surfaces of the platform are embedded within a GoHighLevel sub-account, and information handled on those surfaces may be processed within that GoHighLevel environment under its terms. We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your Personal Information. No internet-based system is 100% secure, and you submit your information at your own risk.
5. No Processing of Children's Data
The Website is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data from individuals under 18. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly. Contact legal@themeridianhq.com if you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor.
6. Email Marketing
If you create an account, make a purchase, download a free resource, or otherwise opt in, you agree to receive email communications from Meridian HQ, LLC — including newsletters, community updates, product announcements, and onboarding sequences. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. Creators you purchase from may contact you directly about your purchase; their communications are governed by their own practices.
7. Behavioral Advertising
We may use your Personal Information to deliver targeted advertisements or marketing communications. You can opt out of targeted advertising through Meta, Google, Bing/Microsoft, and TikTok. You may also opt out via the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info.
8. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to: access your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; restrict how we use your data; request data portability; or object to our processing. EU/EEA Residents: We process your data to fulfill contracts, pursue legitimate business interests, or based on your consent. California Residents: Under CCPA/CPRA, you may have rights to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. 9. Third-Party Websites
This Privacy Policy applies only to the Website. We are not responsible for the data practices of any third-party sites we link to — including third-party travel suppliers referenced in creator content. Review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.
10. AI-Generated Content & Data Use
The Meridian Prime OS and other Meridian features use AI technologies, including integrations with Anthropic (Claude) and other AI providers. When you use AI-powered features, your inputs — which may include creator content such as trip notes, guide drafts, and itinerary material — may be processed by the applicable AI provider under their own privacy policies. AI usage on the platform runs against a metered monthly AI allowance; a creator may also connect their own AI provider API key through an encrypted key vault, in which case that key is stored only as ciphertext, is never displayed back or shared, and is used solely to make AI calls on that creator's behalf. Meridian HQ, LLC does not sell your AI interaction data to third parties.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
