This Disclosure applies to creators, members, and community participants — anyone who applies to publish on the Meridian Market, subscribes to Prime OS, joins the Meridian community, or participates in the Archer Evolution Travel program or any referral or affiliate arrangement. It supplements, and is incorporated into, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Website Disclaimer. By participating, you accept and agree to be bound by this Disclosure.
Archer Evolution Travel Relationship
The Meridian partners with Archer Evolution Travel, an independent network-marketing (direct-sales) travel company. Some creators choose to build their travel business through Archer's program: they may hold an Archer membership or travel-seller position, may earn commissions through Archer's compensation program, and may invite or refer others to Archer using their own personal Archer referral or signup links. Meridian HQ, LLC operates the Meridian as a separate, independent software platform and marketplace. The Meridian is not Archer Evolution Travel, is not owned by, merged with, or a subsidiary of Archer, and does not sell, sponsor, endorse, or administer Archer's program or compensation plan. Any Archer membership, purchase, commission, or referral relationship is strictly between you and Archer Evolution Travel under Archer's own terms and policies, and Meridian HQ, LLC is not a party to it. Creators on the Meridian are independent business owners. They are not employees, agents, partners, franchisees, or representatives of Meridian HQ, LLC, and nothing on this Website creates such a relationship. Meridian HQ, LLC makes no representation or warranty about Archer's program, products, services, or compensation. No income, earnings, rank, or business result is promised, projected, or guaranteed through Archer, the Meridian, or any other program — participation is an opportunity to build a business through your own effort, not a guarantee of any outcome. No Professional-Client Relationship
Your use of this Website — including accessing the Meridian Collective (the Meridian’s member community), using Prime OS (the Meridian’s creator operating platform), consuming any training content or Resources, or interacting with any Meridian platform — does not create a professional-client, attorney-client, financial advisor-client, or any other professional relationship between you and Meridian HQ, LLC. No such relationship is formed unless and until a separate written agreement expressly creating that relationship has been executed.
